Insurance and Community Access

Insurance Coverage

Therapeutic massage may be covered by your health insurance plan when medically appropriate. I work with participating insurance plans to make treatment more accessible for clients seeking care for pain, injury, mobility concerns, and other qualifying conditions.

Insurance benefits vary by plan, so coverage should be verified before your first appointment. I’ll confirm your benefits and let you know what information or documentation may be needed before treatment begins. Depending on your plan, you may be responsible for a copay, coinsurance, deductible, or services not covered by your policy.

HSA and FSA funds may be used for therapeutic massage when the service qualifies as an eligible medical expense. Requirements vary by plan, and some administrators may require documentation of medical necessity. Please check with your HSA or FSA administrator to confirm eligibility before your appointment.

Community Access

Community Access is available for clients whose insurance does not cover massage therapy, including those with Medicaid or Medicare plans. 60-minute appointments are offered at a reduced rate of $50, with 10 Community Access appointments available across the practice each month.

Availability is limited and appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
